Running loop

Run Jonne run. I expected myself solid run. I didn’t get what I wanted. I just have to accept that I wasn’t tough enough. My right leg drop out. You can imagine how hard it’s run with one feet. Next time I’m going to be smarter. I have to carry hole package better. I have to take care myself even better. When I am not tired I could run properly. But after swim and bike it’s not that easy. So more practise and more massage. Food and rest also could be under better control.
